The Stock Market can be tricky. Infact, the Stock Market is so in-depth, that one could spend their entire life trying to figure out how it works, and not even come close to knowing all the "in's and out's" of the Stock Market.
 

The fact of the matter is, the Stock Market is run by people, and while you would assume that logic could more or less guide you through your Stock Market journey, people as a whole are very complex, and often make irrational decisions.
 

I say To-may-To you To-Ma-Two...

The best we can hope for, is to have a firm grasp on what's going on, understand the main elements surrounding investing, and the Stock Market, and form our own, individualized Trading Techniques.
 

There are certain trends that usually follow suit, and other indicators we can ALL use, but remember, the Stock Market, be it on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the American Stock Exchange (AMEX), the NASDAQ, the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB), or the Pink Sheets, are all subject to manipulation.
 

The fact that the Markets can, and frequently are, manipulated by the powers that be, can pose a significant threat to us all when we invest our money. You can also learn to spot certain types of manipulation, and learn to profit from it.
 

That's not to say that EVERY Stock in the Markets are manipulated, all that says is, you have to be aware that it does happen, learn how to spot it (When making an investment decision), and hopefully learn how to profit from it (Or stay away from it altogether)
